The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Ant Digital Establish a Joint Lab for AI+Web3
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Ant Digital signed a strategic cooperation agreement to establish a joint lab for AI+Web3. The two parties will collaborate in three technological areas, including trusted AI agents and blockchain security frameworks. Ant Digital plans to invest 100 million HKD over three years. The laboratory will build an education fund platform, host international academic events, and help Hong Kong become a hub for digital technology talents. The Polytechnic University is globally leading in the field of blockchain, while Ant Digital has extensive experience in financial technology. This collaboration will promote the integration and innovation of AI and Web3 technologies, supporting the development of Hong Kong as an international science and technology innovation center.
